How to Activate a New Staff Dashboard
Activating a device with the Flybuy Pickup Staff Dashboard
Using the Flybuy Staff App
Download the Flybuy Staff App from the Google Play store and launch the app on your device.
The activation code will display on the blue screen that appears and will be valid for 12 hours (ex. VAMFVN45)
Send the code to pickup-support@flybuy.com with your brand name, store name and device type.
(OPTIONAL) Navigate to the Merchant Portal as an authorized user to link to a site. Within the specific Site’s Admin, on the right panel under Crew Dashboards, click “Activated Dashboards” → “Activate New Device” and enter the code to activate
Using a web browser
Navigate to flybuy.radiusnetworks.com/activate
The activation code will display on the blue screen that appears and will be valid for 12 hours (ex. VAMFVN45)

Using an LED Tablet
- Once the device is plugged in, powered up, and connected to a network the Flybuy Activation Screen will appear.
- The activation code will display on the blue screen that appears and will be valid for 24 hours (ex. VAMFVN45).
- Send the code to pickup-support@flybuy.com with your brand name, store name and device type.
