The Flybuy Status page can be subscribed to for alerts around system status and planned maintenance events. Any degradation of service will be communicated via this page, with follow up communication, details and impact coming to you via the Flybuy Customer Success Manager. Here are the types of incidents monitored and reported on via the Flybuy status page:
- Staff are not able to interact with the Flybuy Staff App/Desktop Dashboard to interact with or receive order updates
- Curbside end users are not able to interact with Flybuy to send customer state updates to the store
- Admin users of the Flybuy Merchant Portal are unable to access the platform, perform updates, etc.
