Troubleshooting Steps
- Find the mount/arm bolt (under the two intersecting pieces of the mount) and make sure that it’s tightened enough to hold the mount in place in a preferred angle
- Do not frequently move the monitor mount, as it will loosen the middle bolt.
- Contact Flybuy Support if issue persists.
