Troubleshooting Steps
- Reseat the ethernet connection on the back of the monitor.
- Locate Flybuy Tableside networking equipment in or around the back office.
- Reseat connections that don’t show a lit LED indicator.
- Power cycle the POE Switch and/or Server if no lights are seen on device.
- Contact Flybuy Support if issue persists.
