Olo <> Flybuy Webhook Setup Guide
Learn how to set up Olo <> Flybuy webhook integration with this comprehensive guide for seamless order processing and delivery notifications.
Olo webhooks are completely self-service via the Integrations (tap integrations → webhooks) section of the Olo Dashboard. Note MFA must be enabled on your Olo account to access the webhook setup. Flybuy uses events from Olo to create and, correspondingly, update orders in Flybuy.
Please follow the Olo Zendesk article to get the ball rolling. Information relevant to this discussion starts at the header, “Creating a Webhook” -- Olo Self Service Webhooks
For Webhook name, most partners just put “Flybuy Pickup” or "Flybuy". Your “Destination URL” will be provided by your customer success manager.
Next, please send webhooks for the following event types:
- OrderPlaced
- OrderClosed
- OrderCancelled
- OrderAdjusted
- OrderPickedUp
- CustomerArrived
- ScheduledOrderFired
- ScheduledOrderFailed
- DispatchStatusUpdate
Then, for the store settings, please verify that the following are set up and correct:
- Activate curbside [and pickup] buttons.
- Activate curbside [and pickup] hours.
If custom fields for vehicle info are not yet configured, work with your Olo rep to get them added to your Olo instance. The value of these custom field strings must match exactly with one of the following options:
- “Make” or “Vehicle Make”
- “Model” or “Vehicle Model”
- “Color” or “Vehicle Color”
- “License Plate” or “Vehicle License Plate” (optional)
Once that is done, please send over your External store reference number(store number). After that, Flybuy will configure the integration in our system and testing can commence!
Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
