Setting a Device Name

The device name you set in RadBeacon config app is just for the config app to use. This allows you to come back in a month and distinguish between multiple devices that are in config mode.
The iBeacon advertisement is very constrained by the iBeacon spec, and also by the practical limit of the message size, and will only contain the UUID, Major, Minor & Measured Power values.
